For as long as I can remember, I have loved how organization can transform your home. 

Clutter becomes structure.

Stress becomes harmony.

Across a 15-year career in real estate, I discovered my passion for problem solving, working with others, and finding the perfect solution for each client. But my favorite part was always preparing their houses for market - reshaping each room into a beautiful new canvas, fresh with possibility.

As a working mom raising three children, creating an efficient flow was always vital to maximizing our time together. Implementing a functional system that our family could follow gave me room to breathe and time back to focus on what mattered the most.

Today, I am the founder and lead organizer for The Organizing Pro. Since 2001, I have been witness to the profound and lasting impact that organization can create. My clients will often call me after their appointment, marveling in the re-creation of their space. It always makes me smile. 

That’s what I strive to do every day - to restore the way you experience your home, one transformation at a time.

Alice was born and raised locally in Cherryville NC.  She has lived in the Charlotte area for most of her professional life.  Her family did move to Seattle, WA for 5 years when her husband went to work for Microsoft.

Graduating from Appalachian State College with a degree in Health Care Management gave her the opportunity to travel in Germany for a month to learn about their healthcare systems.  She loved traveling to hospitals all over the US installing hospital information systems.   

Alice has been married to John for over 30 years.  They have a son and daughter that live in the Charlotte area. They enjoy traveling, boating and Scuba diving.  She loves to be in the kitchen with her family and friends.  


STEPHANIE ALIANO

Stephanie Aliano, Lead Organizer and social media manager

Stephanie was born in Massachusetts, but she’s been in Carolina’s so long she considers herself a local.

Stephanie loves the connection between organizing and having mental clarity. Being a part of The Organizing Pro team allows her to help her clients with that, and it is so rewarding.

Stephanie loves traveling with her husband and spending time with her family. Her favorite place so far was Iceland. She also has a sweet fur baby named Frankie.


Jen Wing, Organizer

Jen Wing, Organizer

Jen was born and raised in Cincinnati, OH and attended Indiana University, majoring in Marketing. She spent twelve years in the consumer goods industry working across Category Management, Account Management, and Shopper Insights, before deciding to take a step back in 2018 to be with her children full time and explore life outside the corporate world.

She and her husband have two boys, ages 4 and 2. In addition to organizing, Jen freelances in digital marketing and photography. When she’s not working or wrestling with her kids, she loves the promise of adventure, authentic conversations, big bowls of noodles, and a good musical. Jen also believes there's no limit to how often you can reread Harry Potter or watch Parks & Rec!


 

SKYLER PACHECO

Skyler pacheco, Organizer

Skyler has always had a passion for organization. From an early age, she enjoyed tidying her own room and helping family members with closets, fridges, and even messy attics—tasks that remain some of her favorite areas to organize today!

When not working with the TOP team, Skyler can often be found thrifting for fun vintage clothes or spending time with her cat, Stilts. A few of Skyler’s favorite things include Bruce Springsteen, Chipotle bowls, and rainbows. 😊


 

STEPHANIE SANDALA

Organizer

Stephanie was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and attended Kean University majoring in Marketing. After graduating, her passion for fashion led her to Visual Merchandising working for high end designers for over 15 years. Her experience in creating eye-catching retail displays is how her now husband found her. She has been a dedicated mom of two boys with her weekends filled with travel baseball.

After relocating to Charlotte, she has decided to bring her visual eye to transforming homes into functional and beautiful spaces. She is committed to helping clients not just organize their space, but also rediscover the joy and peace that a well-organized home can bring.


 

MIA MILLER

Organizer

Mia has been a part of The Organizing Pro for many years, joining the team soon after moving to Charlotte almost ten years ago from Aiken, SC. Balancing her work organizing as well as HR at a security company keeps her busy.

She and her husband are proud parents of two daughters and currently have half of an empty nest. Mia enjoys being outside, hiking with her dog, juggling shows across streaming platforms, attending musicals with her kids and spending time with her extended family and friends.

Her favorite part of being a member of The Organizing Pro team is meeting so many wonderful people who are always grateful for the magic of “everything in its place”. Laughing alongside TOP queens is always the highlight of her work week!
